Support Healthy Aging.

At Majestic MD Spa, we offer physician-guided NAD+ therapy designed to support cellular health, energy production, cognitive performance, and healthy aging. NAD+ therapy is an advanced medical wellness treatment provided under licensed medical supervision and customized to each patient’s goals and individual needs.

What Is NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is an essential coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It plays a key role in mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair, metabolic function, and cellular resilience. As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which may contribute to fatigue, brain fog, slower recovery, and decreased cellular efficiency. NAD+ therapy is intended to help restore these levels, supporting optimal cellular function and overall vitality.

Potential Benefits of NAD+ Therapy

NAD+ injections may help support:

  • Cellular Energy & Vitality – Supports mitochondrial function and stamina

  • Brain Health & Mental Clarity – Helps maintain focus, memory, and cognitive performance

  • DNA Repair & Cellular Maintenance – Assists with healthy cellular aging

  • Longevity Support – Helps reduce oxidative stress

  • Metabolic Health – Supports normal metabolic processes

  • Mood & Stress Support – May support emotional well-being

  • Muscle Recovery & Physical Performance – Supports recovery following physical activity. Individual results vary.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is NAD+?

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It plays a key role in energy production, DNA repair, metabolism, and cellular health.
Your cells use NAD+ to turn the food you eat into usable energy. It also helps activate enzymes called sirtuins. These enzymes support DNA upkeep and healthy cellular aging. When NAD+ runs low, these processes slow down, and you may start to feel the effects.
Those changes can show up in everyday life. Less stamina. Slower bounce-back after a workout. Trouble staying focused. A sense that your energy is not what it used to be. These are the kinds of shifts that often bring clients to NAD+ therapy.
Research in Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology shows that NAD+ is central to energy metabolism. Its decline is linked to age-related changes in brain function, metabolic health, and physical resilience (Covarrubias et al., 2020).
NAD+ therapy is designed to help support healthy levels and promote better cellular function.

Why NAD+ Levels Decline

NAD+ levels naturally drop as we age. Researchers at the Mayo Clinic have found specific enzymes that drive this decline. Over time, this can lead to changes in how cells produce energy (Camacho-Pereira et al., Cell Metabolism, 2016).

Several everyday factors may also play a role:

Knowing what affects your NAD+ levels is the first step toward supporting them. That is why NAD+ therapy starts with a personal evaluation at Majestic MD Spa.
